The Danish dignitas squad have defeated Gamers2 with a score of 2-0 in the grand final of The GameAgents League, securing $3,000 in the process.

The first season of The GameAgents League, in association with Hitbox and Xfire, was announced in early March and featured a total of $5,000 up for grabs in the online tournament.

Eight teams were split into two groups of four, with Group B being noteworthy in that it comprised four Danish teams in total.

At the end of the group stage matches, Swedish Orbit and Polish Gamers2 advanced from Group A, while Group B saw dignitas and Copenhagen Wolves advance over their fellow countrymen. 

dignitas easily won the upper bracket, while Gamers2 had to contend with Orbit in a close match in the lower bracket and then defeat CPH Wolves in the consolidation final in order to advance.

With the grand final being in a double best-of-three format, and dignitas having the advantage of only having one best-of-three to win in order to claim first place, the road was inclined in their favour.

In the end, Philip "⁠aizy⁠" Aistrup & co. comfortably defeated Gamers2: 16:6 on de_cbble and 16:9 on de_cache. The Danes walk away with $3,000, without having dropped a single map in the tournament.
